Bienvenidos

Tucked away in the community of Nuevo Nayarit (Formerly Nuevo Vallarta) only 20 minutes North of Puerto Vallarta. Villa Calaveras is filled with palm trees, water views & lush mangroves. Excellent family vacation rental! Plenty of room in the home to entertain your whole family or a gathering of friends. Gourmet kitchen, outdoor grill  & outdoor seating for your guests. Walking distance to restaurants!

General Information

Bedrooms

Three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms with King Beds and the last bedroom has a queen and full size beds. Both downstairs bedrooms have access to the outdoor patio and pool area. Upstairs master bedroom has its own balcony with seating area, perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or evening beverage.

Amenities

Each room has a flat screen tv with internet access throughout the house. Gorgeous wraparound pool with plenty of shaded patio space. Gourmet kitchen with all cookware and dishes provided. Outdoor gas grill with bbq utencils provided. 

Rates

All on-season, off-season and holiday rates are posted on VRBO. Security and cleaning deposits are listed on the site, as well.
